I have an Apple/Samsung watch, do I need a Fitbit too?
Unfortunately, only Fitbit is able to supply the minute by minute heart rate and activity data needed to get a full picture of your daily routines and health data. In the future Apple/Samsung may be able to provide this information but for now it is available only through Fitbit.
Do I need to purchase my equipment through the MiHealth store?
No. The MiHealth Store is merely there for your convenience. If you wish to purchase the suggested equipment from a local store or online, you may do so. If you already have a Fitbit with heart rate detection capabilities or a iHealth pulse oximeter, BP device or scale, you can use your existing device.
